NDG provides both an "administrative construction management" service, and full project construction management. Owners Representation, is where we proactively represent an owner’s interest in a construction project and provide regular and consistent construction monitoring. Working with the General Contractor and / or sub contractor project managers to ensure full and timely compliance with the plans and owner’s objectives. Administrative construction management services are marketed through construction lenders to those individuals who are attempting to develop a property, but require specific assistance and/or representation.
Construction Management services can run from simply providing site project management and supervision through complete bidding and letting of sub-contracts, sub-contractor management and compliance supervision to meet project outcomes, budgets and timelines.
Monitoring services are designed to inform a project owner about ongoing construction activities by monitoring the construction progress to determine if the work being performed is consistent with plans, specifications, budget, schedules, and is meeting the requirements set forth in the contract between the Owner and the Contractor.

The cost of this service is negotiated on a per project basis. A contract is entered into between the Project Owner and NDG prior to commencing work.
